Terms of use

These Terms govern use of Gima Nexo operated by Gima Solutions Corp.. By registering, claiming a profile, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice.

1. Service

Gimanexo provides a B2B directory, opportunity postings, and on-platform responses. We do not guarantee business outcomes, matches, or accuracy of third-party or suggested listings.

2. Eligibility

You must act for a real business or professional practice, provide accurate information, and be authorized to bind your organization. Minimum age 18.

3. Suggested profiles

Listings may be created from public sources and marked as suggested until claimed. Titulars may claim, correct, or request removal per the Privacy Notice.

4. Your content

You grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display content you submit for operating the network. You must not post unlawful, misleading, or infringing content, spam, or scraped chamber dumps.

5. Accounts and plans

Free and Member plans may have usage limits. Fees and billing terms will be shown before payment when enabled.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100 if none.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Gima Solutions Corp., without regard to conflict rules. Courts of competent jurisdiction for Gima Solutions Corp.’s registered office apply, unless mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise (this service is B2B).
